Helan Mountain is located at the junction of Ningxia and Inner Mongolia. It is the western barrier of the Ningxia Plain. The highest peak is 3,556 meters, with an average altitude of more than 2,000 meters. It is majestic and magnificent, with lush trees and green and white horses. In the north, the horses are called Helan, hence the name. The trees on the mountain cover the sky, the springs gurgling, and the scenery is beautiful. In the middle of the Helan Mountains, located between the Yinchuan Plain and the Inner Mongolia grasslands, there is also the Helan Mountain Nature Reserve.
